Ushering in the Year of the Horse with a new Samsung Galaxy Note 3?

Since it's the Year of the Horse, a.k.a my year, I figured I should get back into blogging again to remember all the momentous and mundane things that happened this year!

First off, Happy Chinese New Year everyone! May the Year of the Horse bring more fortune, love, joy and happiness. Next to Christmas, Chinese New Year is always my favourite time of the year because of the yummy CNY cookies, angpaos $$$, legit reasons to indulge in all the good food, and of course, all the meet ups with friends and family. Naturally, with meet ups comes the taking of lots and lots of photos to immortalize the occasion and lately, I've been really impressed with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's superior quality of photos. Quite a few of my friends own Note 3s, and after tinkering around with their phones this Chinese New Year, I've been considering getting one of my own.

So I did some research online, and stumbled upon this Celcom site that's currently running a CNY promo for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The Rose Gold edition of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 really piqued my interest.

There's 2 Rose Gold versions:

Black with Rose Gold

White with Rose Gold

Personally, I'm more drawn towards the Black with Rose Gold because I think it looks more sleek and sophisticated. But what I really like about the Note 3 is that it has a huge 5.7 inch HD screen for a more vivid viewing experience, and a new S pen for easier navigation of the phone.

If  I get the Note 3, maybe one day I'll be able to draw cute cartoons with the S pen like Hui Wei's below:

Additionally, with Celcom's CNY promo, every purchase of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Rose Gold edition comes with a free Moschino case worth RM189.

I've always been a fan of Moschino, mostly because my sisters really loved the brand growing up, so this is a major plus point!

Moreover, if I sign up for any Celcom First with mPro plan with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, I can get the super cool Samsung Galaxy Gear in orange at just RM288.

A pretty sweet deal, if you ask me!

Since this deal is exclusive to Celcom, and I am not a Celcom user, I also looked up reviews on Celcom's network and found them to be quite reliable as their lightning fast network allows users to get online, anytime, anywhere. After all, Celcom has been consecutive winners of the Frost & Sullivan awards, reinforcing their status as Malaysia's best network, with the best packages and plans. Plus, Celcom's Customer Service is renowned for providing excellent service, which is important in the event I need any help with my phone.

So, a new phone for the new year maybe? What say you? :)
